Kemps Minneapolis is hiring a Maintenance Technician to keep our plant running smoothly. You’ll fix equipment, prevent breakdowns, and support daily production on an overnight, 10-hour shift.

The role requires hands-on mechanical skills, the ability to read basic diagrams or work orders, and a strong focus on safety and quality. Benefits and training accompany a comprehensive package.

• Reliable, team-oriented and eager to learn.
• High school diploma or GED; trade training is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Fix and maintain production and packaging machines.
• Perform regular equipment checks and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot issues to keep lines running and reduce downtime.
• Work on electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Help install new equipment and work with operators to solve problems quickly.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment; document repairs clearly.
• Communicate problems that may affect production and follow safety procedures.
