Job summary
Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure reliability and efficiency of production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and minimizing downtime to sustain continuous operations.
The candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and committed to safety and performance. The position is located in Grand Rapids, MI, offering a 3rd shift (11 PM–7 AM) with competitive hourly pay and benefits such as
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven industrial manufacturing maintenance experience in mechanical/hydraulic and electrical/electronics.
Responsibilities
- Identify causes of unexpected breakdowns of machines.
- Repair broken machines quickly and efficiently.
- Perform preventive maintenance and work order service on machines.
- Clean machines and parts, remove and reinstall as necessary.
- Oil and lubricate moving parts for optimal performance.
- Record and report damaged, worn, or broken parts.
- Install replacement parts for machines.
- Prepare reports documenting work performed.
- Clean, organize, inventory, stock and maintain shop areas, tools and supplies.
- Assist with new equipment installation or removal as needed.
- Perform building and ground duties including basic plumbing and snow removal.
- Follow organization standards.
