Job summary
Tulkoff Foods is seeking a Maintenance Technician on 2nd shift at our Cincinnati, OH facility to perform line changeovers, troubleshoot equipment, and maintain production assets. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, works independently, and has familiarity with food processing equipment and Allen-Bradley PLCs.
The role includes following SOPs, completing repair documentation, and supporting new equipment installation and startup.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience with food processing equipment preferred.
- GMP experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Allen-Bradley PLCs preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform production line changeovers per specifications.
- Document procedures to improve changeover effectiveness.
- Follow SOPs and complete repair paperwork.
- Troubleshoot motors, drives, sensors, PLCs and related systems.
- Diagnose gearboxes, bearings, pumps, and hydraulic systems.
- Assist with new equipment installation, validation, and startup.
