Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Overnight Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to support our Pittston, PA facility. The role focuses on maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting high-speed manufacturing equipment to ensure safe, efficient operation.

The position offers a 12-hour night shift and competitive benefits within a growing manufacturing environment. You will work with production teams to minimize downtime, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and document activities in our system.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance background.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical control systems.
• Excellent problem solving and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
• Observe equipment in operation to identify root causes of breakdowns or performance issues.
• Install, service, and support new and existing equipment.
• Follow diagrams, manuals, and manufacturer specifications for maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain parts, tools, and supply inventory and assist with ordering as needed.
• Complete daily shift turnover reports using a computer system.
• Document maintenance activities and prepare reports as required.
• Support production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all safety, GMP, and food safety requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Key Responsibilities
