Job summary

Hilton Melbourne Beach Oceanfront is seeking a part-time night staff to assist with maintenance and guest services during overnight hours. The role includes delivering and retrieving items, cleaning corridors and public areas, and upholding hotel cleanliness standards across guest room floors.

Responsibilities include walking the property, handling heavy carts, and completing nightly checklists to ensure guest comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Maintenance skills preferred for overnight tasks.
• Ability to push heavy carts and move equipment.
• Ability to communicate information and provide guest services.

JOB SUMMARY

Minimal maintence during overnight hours; details to be discussed

Deliver and retrieve items requested by guests and night auditor.

Assist in cleaning and maintain all corridors, elevators, public areas, public bathrooms, lobby, landings, and service areas on guest room floors, ensuring hotel's standards of cleanliness during overnight hours.

Walking property inside and outside and completing checklist.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Maintenance skills preferred

• Push Heavy carts.
• Talk to many different kinds of people to give information, answer questions and provide required services.
• Lift all equipment and supplies on and off cart.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Ability to lift, reach, bend, stoop, stand and walk continuously, climb stairs, and push or pull heavy equipment
• Pushing two hundred (200) pound carts
• Lifting one hundred (100) pounds maximum.
• Stand and walk for varying lengths of time, often long periods
• Frequent twisting, bending, stooping, reaching, standing, walking, talking, hearing, seeing and smiling.
