Hyatt Regency Frisco is seeking an Overnight General Maintenance Engineer to provide shift coverage and maintain the hotel's building systems and equipment. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance, with a focus on safety and reliability for guests and staff.

The position is overnight and requires availability on weekends and holidays, with opportunities for career growth within Hyatt Hotels and Resorts around the world.

Qualifications

• Must have flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
• Previous general maintenance experience required.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and workplace safety standards.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively prioritize tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical work that may include standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and reaching for extended periods.
• Prior hotel, resort, or commercial building maintenance experience preferred.Trade certification or technical training is a plus.
