Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years building maintenance experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics is preferred.
• Strong trouble-shooting skills are required.
• Good communication skills are necessary.
• Strong working knowledge of life-safety systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest rooms, meeting spaces, front of house and back of house areas including kitchen, laundry, electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on major equipment and systems.
• Utilize a Windows-based computer system for maintenance tasks.
