Penmac Staffing is seeking a Machine Production Operator for a full-time 3rd shift in Union, MO. The role offers weekly pay, day-one benefits, and a consistent overnight schedule. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Read and understand simple instructions, correspondence, and work orders.
• Write basic correspondence and communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
• Perform basic math calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
• Work with measurements involving money, weight, volume, and distance.
• Follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out job responsibilities.
• Maintain quality and production standards throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and manufacturing equipment.
• Move raw materials and finished products throughout the production process.
• Assemble parts and components.
• Trim and clean products to meet quality standards.
• Count, label, packaging, and wrapping products.
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy; maintain production targets.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies.
