Job summary

Penmac Staffing is now accepting application for a manufacturing plant in Ava, MO.These are for 2nd (3:30 pm to midnight) and 3rd shift (11:30 pm to 8:00 am).Job Description•Produce machined parts by programming, setting-up and operating a ComputerNumerical Control (CNC) machine•Maintain quality & safety standards•Maintain equipment & supplies•Verify settings by measuring positions and first-run parts•Keep records•Communicate with fellow team membersPhysical Requirements•Standing or walking short distances constantly (at least eight hours).•Lifting 5-12 pound parts from thigh height to waist height occasionally (33% of the time).•Lifting 5-12 pound parts from waist height to chest height frequently (50-75% of the time).•Bending to the ground or stooping occasionally (33% of the time).•Lifting 50-60 pound boxes of parts with help rarely (15% or less of the time).•Machine cycle times vary from one to three minutes with load and unload duties necessary at the end of cycle times.
