Responsibilities include inspections, minor adjustments, loading materials, packaging, and maintaining records. Training for the 2nd shift (3:00pm–11:00pm) is provided, with emphasis on GMPs and OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery according to company procedures.
• Inspect products throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are met.
• Make minor machine adjustments to maintain efficient operation.
• Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products.
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment as needed.
• Complete production reports and maintain accurate records.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Report equipment malfunctions or quality concerns to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow all company safety policies, GMPs, and OSHA regulations.
• Assist with changeovers, preventative maintenance, and other production tasks as assigned.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.

This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing equipment to produce top-quality craft products while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities of the Overnight Machine Operator

Requirements of the Overnight Machine Operator

• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Compensation/Benefits for the Overnight Machine Operator

• Pay Rate $18.25+
• Traiing on 2nd shift- 3:00pm- 11:00am
