Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale is seeking an Overnight Safety & Security Supervisor to lead our security team and uphold luxury hospitality standards. You will oversee officers, conduct briefings, and coordinate with management to ensure guest and asset safety.

Responsibilities include incident response, surveillance, logging, and training new hires, with flexible schedules to cover holidays and weekends. Join a team dedicated to exceptional service and security excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of progressive experience in luxury resort or equivalent.
• Able to work flexible schedules including holidays and weekends.
• Ability to communicate in English; second language is a plus.
• First Aid and CPR certifications preferred.
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-shift briefings and delegate duties.
• Oversee security officers and provide coaching.
• Maintain CCTV surveillance and complete incident logs.
• Interact with management and local authorities professionally.
• Respond promptly to incidents and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Train new hires on policies and procedures.
• Assist other resort areas as needed.
