The role reports to the Director of Security and involves coaching security staff, evaluating policies, and maintaining incident logs, with a focus on elevated service in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of progressive experience in a luxury resort security environment.
• Excellent communication and professionalism.
• First Aid and CPR certifications preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-shift briefings and delegate duties.
• Maintain surveillance and oversee security officers.
• Respond to incidents and complete reports accurately.
• Coordinate with local authorities and other resort departments.
• Train new hires on policies and procedures.
