Job summary

You will monitor surveillance and life-safety systems, respond to incidents, complete reports, and coordinate with leadership and responders. The role requires calm under pressure, strong observation, and reliable independent work. Weekend and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security or related experience preferred.
• Overnight hotel security experience preferred.
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure, especially during emergencies.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct overnight patrols of guest floors, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Monitor activities and respond to security concerns, disturbances, alarms, and emergencies.
• Provide professional guest assistance and support during overnight operations.
• Complete incident reports, logs, and required documentation accurately.
• Monitor surveillance, fire/life safety, and access control systems as assigned.
• Coordinate with overnight leadership and emergency responders as needed.
