Job summary

Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park is looking for a Front Desk Agent to deliver a five-star welcome and assist guests throughout their stay. You will be the first impression, greet guests, provide information about the resort and local area, and offer our upscale amenities.

This role involves resolving guest issues, settling accounts at checkout, and collaborating with Concierge, Bell-Door, and Ideal Services teams to ensure a memorable stay for all guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services and hotel front desk operations.
• Ability to input information accurately into computer systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with cashiering is preferred.
• Fluency in a foreign language is preferred.
• Previous guest relations training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins and check-outs according to Omni's standards.
• Listen to guest inquiries and provide accurate responses.
• Set up guest accounts with preferences and payment details.
• Block rooms in the computer and manage pre-registrations.
• Communicate guest information to relevant departments and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest and hotel information.
• Prepare and settle folios; manage accounting and adjustments.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, services, hours, and packages.
