Connected Health Care, LLC seeks an experienced RN for a 13-week assignment in Idaho Falls, Idaho, earning up to $2,000 per week. The role provides overnight nursing care to long-term residents and supports the facility's quality of care.

You will perform comprehensive overnight nursing duties, monitor residents, administer medications, and coordinate with the care team to ensure individualized plans. Eligible candidates hold an Idaho RN license and an ADN, with BLS and at least one year in

Formación

• ADN from an accredited program.
• Active Idaho RN license.
• BLS certification required.
• At least 1 year RN experience.
• Long-term care experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to long-term care residents during scheduled overnight shifts.
• Assess residents' conditions and communicate significant findings to healthcare providers.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and policies.
• Collaborate with CNAs, interdisciplinary team, residents, and families to coordinate care plans.
• Document assessments, interventions, resident responses, and other clinical information accurately.
