Job summary

Connected Health Care, LLC seeks a Travel Registered Nurse for a 13-week LTC contract in Pocatello, Idaho. You will provide overnight nursing care, assess residents, administer medications, and document care in the medical record.

The position offers premium pay with weekly direct deposit (up to $2,000 per week), comprehensive benefits, housing support options, travel reimbursement, and guaranteed hours for experienced RNs with LTC background and Idaho RN license.

Qualifications

ADN from accredited program.
Current Idaho RN license.
BLS certification.
Minimum 1 year of registered nursing experience.
Previous long-term care (LTC) nursing experience.
Ability to work overnight shifts 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. on Sat, Sun, and Mon.
Housing not provided; must commute or arrange housing.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to LTC residents during overnight shifts.
Assess resident conditions, administer medications and treatments, and monitor responses in accordance with established care plans.
Collaborate with physicians, nursing assistants, residents, and families to address changing health needs.
Document assessments, interventions, progress, and significant changes accurately and promptly in the medical record.
Maintain a safe, supportive environment while following facility policies, infection-control procedures, and applicable nursing standards.
