Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Long Term Care RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Lewiston, Idaho. The RN will provide skilled nursing care in a LTC facility, oversee care plans, administer treatments, and collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain residents’ health and safety.

The role requires at least one year of LTC RN experience, an active RN license, and current BLS/CPR certification. ACLS is a plus and other facility-specific certifications may be required.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as an RN in a long-term care setting.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) or CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient health, monitor changes, and take action to ensure wellbeing.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with residents and care team.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Observe for medication reactions and report concerns to provider.
• Provide wound care, IV therapy, catheter management, and other skilled procedures.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs, delegating appropriately.
• Educate residents and families on medications and chronic conditions.
• Document care and resident progress in a timely manner.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with medical teams.
