Job summary

Union Post Acute in Union, SC is hiring licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to join our long-term care and rehabilitation community. We offer 12-hour night shifts 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, competitive wages based on experience, and shift differentials.

You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, collaborate with the healthcare team, and maintain accurate documentation in a warm, supportive, home-like environment.

Qualifications

• SC LPN license active and unencumbered.
• Current CPR certification.
• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes.
• Collaborate with CNAs, nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Create a safe, comfortable, and caring environment.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
