Clarendale of Addison in Addison, IL is seeking a hospitality-focused LPN/RN to join our team. This role provides direct nursing care to residents, delegates and supervises care by Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants, and welcomes recent grads.

Shifts: part-time overnight 11:00 pm–7:00 am every other weekend. Starting at $33.00 per hour plus $2.00 weekend differential, with a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license valid in state worked.
• Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADL and promote independent living.
• Identify changes in resident conditions and help develop care plans.
• Provide nursing care per physician orders and established policies.
• Coordinate nursing care with other disciplines and ensure preventive/therapeutic services.
