Qualifications

• Monitor residents’ comfort and basic health indicators, report changes to nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist all residents with personal care and comfort needs.
• Make beds, turn down, and manage linens as scheduled.
• Complete resident laundry and assist with meal times.
• Utilize community programs to support resident well‑being.
• Maintain a calm, respectful atmosphere and document shift assignments.
