Job summary

Serenity Hospice Care in New Jersey is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses to join our night shift team. You will provide 1:1 patient care from 7 PM to 8 AM and must hold a valid LPN license in NJ.

You will follow care plans, document medical information, support families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. A valid NJ licensure and hospice experience are highly valued, and drivers license with transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in New Jersey.
• Hospice care experience preferred.
• Driver's license and auto insurance required.
• Reliable transportation required.

Serenity Hospice Careis looking for compassionate and dedicatedLicensed Practical Nursesto join our team in New Jersey. This individual will be responsible for care & services to patients as needed. Candidates must hold a valid LPN License in the state of New Jersey in order to be considered.

This position will be 7PM to 8AM and will be 1:1 for patients.

Responsibilities:

• Follow care plans and deliver the highest level of care.
• Document medical information as required.

• Communicate with families and patients.

Requirements:

• Valid LPN License in NJ.
• Prior Hospice Experience a Plus!
• Drivers License with Auto Insurance.
• Reliable Transportation.
