Job summary

Serenity Hospice Care is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 patient care in New Jersey. The role requires a valid NJ LPN license and implies night hours from 7 PM to 8 AM.

You will follow established care plans, perform tasks to support daily living activities, and document patient information while coordinating with an interdisciplinary team. A driver’s license with auto insurance and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

Serenity Hospice Care is looking for compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team in New Jersey. This individual will be responsible for care & services to patients as needed. Candidates must hold a valid LPN License in the state of New Jersey in order to be considered.

This position will be 7PM to 8AM and will be 1:1 for patients.

Responsibilities:

• Care for patients in the location as needed.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Follow care plans and deliver the highest level of care.

• Communicate with families and patients.

Requirements:

• Valid LPN License in NJ.
• Prior Hospice Experience a Plus!
