Job summary

Serenity Hospice Care in New Jersey is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses to join our 7 PM to 8 AM, 1:1 patient care team. As an LPN, you will follow care plans, document medical information, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality hospice services.

Applicants must hold a valid NJ LPN license, have reliable transportation, and a driver’s license with auto insurance.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in NJ.
• Prior hospice experience a plus!
• Driver's license with auto insurance.

Serenity Hospice Care is looking for compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team in New Jersey. This individual will be responsible for care & services to patients as needed. Candidates must hold a valid LPN License in the state of New Jersey in order to be considered.

This position will be 7PM to 8AM and will be 1:1 for patients.

Responsibilities:

• Care for patients in the location as needed.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Follow care plans and deliver the highest level of care.

• Communicate with families and patients.

Requirements:

• Valid LPN License in NJ.
