Job summary

Serenity Hospice Care in New Jersey seeks compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses to provide 1:1 patient care during the overnight shift. The role requires a valid NJ LPN license and reliable transportation; drivers license and auto insurance are also preferred where applicable.

Serenity Hospice Careis looking for compassionate and dedicatedLicensed Practical Nursesto join our team in New Jersey. This individual will be responsible for care & services to patients as needed. Candidates must hold a valid LPN License in the state of New Jersey in order to be considered.

This position will be 7PM to 8AM and will be 1:1 for patients.

Responsibilities:

• Care for patients in the location as needed.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Follow care plans and deliver the highest level of care.
• Document medical information as required.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Communicate with families and patients.

Requirements:

• Valid LPN License in NJ.
• Prior Hospice Experience a Plus!
• Drivers License with Auto Insurance.
• Reliable Transportation.
