Morning Pointe Memory Care Communities are dedicated to enhancing wellness, lifestyle and enjoyment of senior living. We are hiring a LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) for the Overnight Shift to support daily resident care in a secure, compassionate environment.

The role emphasizes person-centered care, adherence to care plans, and teamwork with RA and CNA staff. LPNs collaborate with management to ensure quality care, safety, and satisfaction for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in applicable state and CPR certification.
• Reading, writing and basic math and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Must be at least 18 years of age; High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain close relationships with residents as part of daily care.
• Take initiative and provide guidance to RA and CNA staff.
• Deliver stellar resident care per each resident's care plan.
• Make resident safety a daily priority in all tasks.
• Continually assess, record, and monitor resident health; report concerns.
• Assist with and monitor resident medication needs.
