Morning Pointe Senior Living in Tennessee is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for memory care on PRN 1st and 3rd shifts. You will care for memory-impaired residents, follow individual care plans, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safety and dignity.

Ideal candidates have an active LPN license and CPR certification, physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong communication skills. Training and development opportunities are offered, with supportive leadership.

We are looking for:

1. Someone with a "can do" attitude

5. The ability to lift 50 lbs.

7. At least 18 years of age
8. High School Diploma or equivalent

LPNs are expected to accomplish tasks outside of their normal assignments whenever necessary to maintain a quality care environment for our residents. As part of a team-oriented workplace, LPNs participate in training opportunities and offer help to other areas and staff in need. The typical work of a LPN can include:

1. Build and maintain close relationships with residents
2. Take initiative and give guidance to RA and CNA staff
3. Provide stellar resident care as directed by each resident’s specific care plan
4. Make resident safety needs a daily priority
5. Continually assess, record, and document resident health and monitor for concerns
6. Assist with and monitor resident medication needs

Requirements:

1. Current LPN license in applicable state as well as CPR certification
