Job summary

Morning Pointe Senior Living in Knoxville, TN is seeking an LPN for our memory care communities. The role supports daily resident needs and activities, with focus on compassionate care in a secure, Alzheimer’s-friendly environment.

The LPN provides targeted care under the resident's plan, collaborates with RA and CNA teams, and contributes to safety, documentation, and medication management. Shifts: 2nd or 3rd.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the applicable state and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain close relationships with residents
• Take initiative and guide RA and CNA staff
• Provide stellar resident care as directed by each resident's care plan
• Make resident safety a daily priority
• Continuously assess, record, and document resident health and monitor for concerns
• Assist with and monitor resident medication needs
