Job summary

Langdon Place of Keene is seeking Licensed Nurse Assistants (LNAs) to join our care team for 2PM-10PM shifts. We offer full-time, part-time and per diem opportunities in a welcoming, resident-centered environment.

Candidates should hold a valid LNA certification in New Hampshire, demonstrate compassion, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and with a team. Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Valid LNA certification in New Hampshire.
• Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in long-term care or a similar setting is not required but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents during weekend shifts.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and feeding.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and report changes to the nursing staff.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
