Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking an Overnight Loss Prevention Officer to help ensure the safety of guests and staff. This on-site role in Austin requires the ability to patrol, observe, and report incidents while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities include recording progress, assisting guests and colleagues, and coordinating with the loss prevention team during emergencies. Overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk for entire shift.
• Effective communication by telephone, email, radio and reporting.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to access all hotel areas quickly.
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
• Overnight shifts, weekends and holidays required.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs and push/pull up to 250 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report on all assignments.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate using radio.
• Record and report unsafe conditions while patrolling hotel property.
• Protect hotel, guest, and employee property.
• Patrol hotel property to ensure safety and security.
• Assist guests and associates with safety and operations.
• Initiate investigations and follow up on crimes.
• Assist management in emergencies and safety procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
