• Check IDs, monitor entrances, and enforce hotel policies.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents, log actions.
• Maintain visitor logs, passes, and lost-and-found items.
• Prepare shift end reports and coordinate with Loss Prevention.
• Monitor life safety systems and assist during events.
