Job summary

Accor in Miami seeks a Security Officer to safeguard guests and property. You will perform rounds throughout the hotel, respond to incidents quickly, and uphold safety protocols across all areas of the property.

Experience with reporting, log maintenance, and emergency procedures is essential to support responsible hospitality and a safe guest experience. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak in English. Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs Security rounds of the hotel in all areas including restaurant, lobby, penthouse and service levels.
• Writes incident reports and takes appropriate actions for medical situations and emergencies.
• Handles lost and found items, responds to guest requests, and logs activities during each shift.
• Monitors IDs of visitors and staff, controls access, and maintains visitor logs.
