Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Three (3) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required.
• Two (2) years or more managing and leading direct reports required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the performance of salaried and hourly employees under responsibility; resolve performance issues and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with senior management and customers to determine needs and operate the account to meet demands.
• Be responsible for payroll of employees.
• Analyze weekly and monthly P&L to determine account profitability and provide weekly reports to senior management.
• Be responsible for accounts payable, vendor quotes, and customer invoicing.
• Hold safety & security meetings and provide safety training.
