Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred.
• Master’s degree in Business, Logistics, Transportation or related field preferred.
• Five (5) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field required.
• Five (5) years or more managing, leading and developing direct reports required.
• Three (3) years or more Profit & Loss responsibility preferred.
• One (1) year or more customer interaction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interface directly with the customer to ensure issues are resolved promptly and with high satisfaction.
• Strategic operational planning and execution for the operation.
• Identify and solve operational issues with continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives.
• Hire, supervise, develop, and manage performance for employees; maintain positive relations.
• Maintain open communications within the work group and with other teams; review data and act as required.
• May manage profit and loss statements based on scope and complexity.
• Lead a proactive safety program and enforce location safety plans and training.
