Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Baltimore, MD is seeking an Overnight Lead/Swing Driver to coordinate the overnight cross-dock workflow and prep routes for on-time departure.

You will unload/reload the warehouse shuttle, load local delivery vehicles, verify route readiness, and provide route coverage when needed. This role requires a valid Class B CDL, DOT medical certification, and experience in delivery driving or cross-dock operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least two years in delivery driving or warehouse roles preferred; lead experience a plus.
• Valid Class B CDL, DOT medical certification, and clean driving record required.
• Ability to read route paperwork and use warehouse systems.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain it preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare route packets for Baltimore departures with required docs.
• Unload/load shuttle; verify trailer and load documentation.
• Route deliveries in proper sequence while protecting products.
• Provide backup delivery-route coverage as needed.
• Maintain dock and loading areas clean and secure.
• Ensure safety and DOT compliance in all tasks.
