Responsibilities

• Coordinate driver assignments and shuttle activities to resolve service issues.
• Escalate late dispatches or breakdowns to managers and sales force.
• Reassign routes to solve service issues and monitor driver POD entries.
• Inspect driver appearance and ensure PPE and uniform compliance.
• Notify supervisors of accidents or injuries and support operations.
