Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in a warehouse, distribution center, depot, or related environment.
• Ability to work overnight/3rd shift schedules.
• Commitment to safety, food safety, and operational excellence.
• Ability to verify orders, inventory, and shipment documentation accurately.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with basic computer applications including spreadsheets and databases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily distribution and warehouse operations to ensure timely receipt, storage, and shipment of products.
• Review bills of lading and customer orders to plan and prioritize work activities.
• Assign and direct team members to receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipment preparation.
• Load, unload, pick, sort, and stage products as needed.
• Support bakery operations, including auditing inventory and shipments, distributing products to IDPs, and processing stale product credits.
• Maintain accuracy of customer orders by cross-checking details and printing daily Bin Route orders.
• Direct reclamation and disposition of damaged merchandise and track productivity metrics.
