Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Distribution Coordinator for the 3rd shift to ensure products move efficiently from warehouse to customers. You will coordinate daily distribution, review orders, direct teams, and manage loading, receiving and inventory tasks to uphold safety and quality.

You will partner with Customer Service, Planning, Sales, Transportation and Finance to resolve issues and support site leadership as needed. This role emphasizes accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in warehouse, distribution center, depot, or related environment.
• Ability to work overnight/3rd shift as scheduled.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Accurate verification of orders, inventory, and shipment documents.
• Basic computer skills, including spreadsheets and databases.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Commitment to safety, food safety and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily distribution and warehouse operations for timely receipt, storage and shipment.
• Review bills of lading and customer orders to plan and prioritize work.
• Direct team members to receiving, inventory, order fulfillment and shipment prep.
• Load, unload, pick, sort and stage products as needed.
• Support bakery operations and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records for timekeeping, expenses and inventory.
