Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is hiring a Distribution Coordinator to ensure products move efficiently through the distribution network and reach customers on time. You will support warehouse and bakery operations, maintain inventory accuracy, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and help drive a safe, productive, and food-safe work environment.

This role operates on the 3rd shift (11:00 PM–7:00 AM) with a pay rate of $24.75/hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse, distribution center, depot, or related environment.
• Ability to work overnight/3rd shift schedules.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to accurately verify orders, inventory, and shipment documentation.
• Basic computer skills, including experience with spreadsheets and databases.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Commitment to safety, food safety, and operational excellence.
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily distribution and warehouse operations to ensure timely receipt, storage, and shipment of products.
• Review bills of lading and customer orders to plan and prioritize work activities.
• Assign and direct team members to specific duties, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipment preparation.
• Load, unload, pick, sort, and stage products as needed.
• Support bakery operations and assist with inventory, shipments, and credits.
