Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Distribution Coordinator to move products efficiently through the distribution network and support bakery operations. You will coordinate receiving, inventory, and shipment processes, ensuring accuracy of orders and timely deliveries while maintaining safety and food safety standards.

The role includes overnight shifts, cross-functional collaboration with Customer Service, Planning, Sales, Transportation, and Manufacturing, and a focus on productivity metrics

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year in warehouse or distribution environment.
• Ability to work overnight/3rd shift schedules.
• Commitment to safety and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily distribution and warehouse operations to ensure timely receipt, storage, and shipment of products.
• Review bills of lading and customer orders to plan and prioritize work activities.
• Assign and direct team members to duties such as receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, and shipment prep.
• Load, unload, pick, sort, and stage products as needed.
• Maintain accuracy of customer orders and manage daily bin route orders.
• Direct reclamation and disposition of damaged merchandise.
• Track productivity metrics and maintain logs for timekeeping, expenses, and safety.
