Job summary

SMI Hotel Group is seeking a Lobby Attendant to uphold the cleanliness and presentation of our lobby, business center, fitness area, and public spaces. You will ensure areas are orderly, restrooms are serviced, and elevators are kept clean to welcome guests.

Responsibilities include daily servicing of public areas, removing trash, handling special projects, and reporting maintenance needs. This role supports guest and team needs and requires a proactive, detailed approach to upkeep.

• Ensure that the hotel lobbies and public areas are serviced throughout the day
• Clean, sweep, vacuum, mop, dust and pick up trash in lobby areas
• Service all public restrooms
• Service guest and associate elevators
• Complete any special projects that might be assigned
• Report any maintenance issues or any concerns
• Perform any other job related duties as assigned
