Job summary

Dohrn Transfer Company, a leading Midwest LTL carrier, is seeking a Full Time Linehaul Driver at our Weston, WI Terminal. Drivers are home daily and earn $0.78/mi, increasing to $0.81/mi after the first year. Shift: Overnight, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• A minimum age of 23.
• A minimum of 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
• All drivers must pass a road test administered by a Dohrn Transfer Driver Trainer.
• Endorsements: Hazardous Material and Tanker on CDL as required.
• One valid CDL from the resident state; provide previous licenses if applicable.
• No DUI/OWI or reckless driving in last 5 years.
• Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen.
• No substance use record in past 3 years; consent to background check.

Responsibilities

• Drive a tractor trailer long-distance between terminal locations.
• Load and unload trailer using dockworkers when needed.
• Perform frequent lifting and cargo handling tasks.
• Secure freight and inspect vehicle per laws and policy.
• Maintain logs and records under Federal/State regulations.
• Comply with all safety and regulatory requirements.
