Job summary

Fresenius Kabi is seeking a production supervisor to oversee liquid production personnel and processes across a designated area. The role involves scheduling, coordinating aseptic and filling operations, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The candidate will drive process improvements, manage training, and support monthly reporting while maintaining high safety and quality standards in a heavily regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of five years experience in production/manufacturing; leadership role.
• Experience in an FDA-regulated industry strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily/weekly production schedule and oversee shift production activities.
• Collaborate with management and other functions to support area operations.
• Lead process improvements including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure training is up to date; develop staff and evaluate performance.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across operations.
