Job summary

Fresenius Kabi in Melrose Park, IL is seeking a production supervisor to oversee liquid production and coordinate the daily schedule across aseptic filling, lyophilization, and capping. The role requires leadership of a team, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years in production with two in leadership, and preferably FDA-regulated industry exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
• Minimum of five years in production/manufacturing.
• At least two years in a leadership role.
• Experience in a FDA-regulated industry preferred.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate liquid production personnel and processes.
• Schedule and organize component preparation, filling, capping, lyophilization.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Flexibly work assigned shifts to cover vacations and gaps.
• Coordinate daily/weekly production schedules and on-floor activities.
• Drive continuous process improvements and root-cause analysis.
• Support product releases and batch record reviews.
• Develop SOPs and train staff; evaluate performance.
