Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Minimum five years in production with at least two years in a leadership role.
• Experience in a FDA-regulated industry strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily/weekly production schedules and shift activities.
• Supervise liquid production personnel and processes (Aseptic, Terminally Sterilized filling, capping, Lyophilization).
• Ensure compliance with cGMPs, safety programs and company policies.
• Develop training programs and evaluate staff performance.
• Contribute to deviation investigations and corrective actions.
• Provide production data for monthly reports and efficiency tracking.
