Fairview is seeking a Registered Nurse on the Labor Care team at Woodwinds Hospital in Woodbury, MN. This .6 FTE overnight position features 12-hour shifts and every third weekend rotation, with cross-training to Post-Partum.

Woodwinds Health Campus opened its 86-bed hospital in August 2000. It’s the only hospital in the southeast metro area, offering comprehensive care and benefits including medical, HSA, dental, vision, 403b, PTO and more.

Qualificações

• 6–12 months of labor care experience.
• Associate degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Valid BLS certification and MN RN license.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates commitment to patient care model and nursing vision.
• Coordinate care using the nursing process with a holistic approach.
• Communicate effectively with patient/family and care team.
• Assess education needs and develop plans for patients and families.
• Participate in improvements to quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with regulations, standards and policies.
