Job summary

Dash In is hiring for an Overnight Kitchen Team Member/Prep Cook. Work 10 pm–7 am to craft meals, ensure food safety, and keep ingredients ready for service. You’ll interact with guests while prepping, operate fryers and slicers, and maintain a tidy station.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, flexibility for nights and weekends, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Relocation not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or company-paid GED program
• 1 year of retail customer service experience is preferred
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights and weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years or older
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening

• Stay prep-ready by keeping ingredients fresh and stocked
• Keep a clean, organized prep station

What We're Looking For

• Active ServSafe certification, or a similar qualification
• Tech‑savviness, including familiarity with POS software
