Dash In in Ashland, VA, is seeking a Kitchen Team Member/Prep Cook to craft meals that delight guests. The role supports high standards of food safety while maintaining prep areas, stocking ingredients, and engaging with customers to enhance guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, prior retail service experience, flexibility for various shifts, and the ability to pass background checks and screenings. ServSafe certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program).
• 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred).
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.

Your Culinary Mission:

The schedule varies, with morning shifts from 4 AM to 12 PM or 6 AM to 2 PM, and evening shifts from 2 PM to 10 PM or 4 PM to 12 A

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program)
• 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred)
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening

Ideal Candidates Will Also Have:

• Active ServSafe certification, or a similar qualification
• Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software
