Job summary

Amangiri in Canyon Point, Utah, seeks an Overnight Kitchen Steward to keep the back-of-house running smoothly while supporting overnight guest needs. You will assist with light food preparation, dishwashing, and nightly cleaning to ensure spaces are ready for the next day’s service.

The role requires prior kitchen or stewarding experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a precise, team‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or stewarding experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to work overnight shifts with attention to cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and workspaces.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing machinery.
• Complete nightly cleaning tasks and reset areas for morning shift.
• Prepare overnight staff meals and assist with light guest food requests.
• Maintain organized storage areas and proper chemical handling.
• Ensure kitchen areas are ready for the morning team.
