Job summary

Aman invites applications for a Steward at Amangiri in Canyon Point, Utah. Reporting to the Stewarding Supervisor, you will help maintain cleanliness and sanitation across kitchen areas and service ware, supporting guest and colleague experiences.

You will assist in staff meals, keep back-of-house spaces clean and well-stocked, and ensure adherence to Aman’s standards. The role requires English proficiency, weekend availability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED is required.
• Must have open availability including weekends.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
• Must communicate professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine and correct use of cleaning chemicals.
• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including floors, walls, coolers, freezers, storerooms.
• Support the storage and organisation of food and cleaning supplies upon delivery.
• Ensure all kitchen and restaurant teams are equipped with the necessary service ware each day.
• Keep the cafeteria clean, stocked, and well-prepared for colleague mealtimes.
• Store all items properly at the end of shift, labelling and dating products accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and sanitary work area at all times.
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with colleagues and guests.
• Remove rubbish and clean floors as needed throughout the day.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management and adhere to Aman’s service standards.
