Job summary

Aman Group is seeking an Overnight Steward at Amangiri to maintain a pristine kitchen environment and support overnight guest needs. You will assist with light food preparation and ensure spaces are ready for the next day’s service.

Ideal candidates have kitchen or stewarding experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently on overnight shifts. This role requires stamina and a team-oriented approach in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen or stewarding environment preferred.
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
• Physically demanding tasks including standing, lifting and bending.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, dishware and workspaces.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing machinery and cleaning systems.
• Complete deep cleaning tasks and follow nightly schedules.
• Prepare overnight staff meals and assist with light guest food requests.
• Maintain organized storage areas and proper chemical handling.
• Ensure kitchen areas are reset for morning team.
• Support overnight operations and communicate with team members.
• Remove waste and maintain a safe, hygienic work environment.
• Uphold Aman’s standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and efficiency.

Location Overview

Join our team in Amangiri. Blending into untouched red-rock country on over 900 acres of the Colorado Plateau, Amangiri and its satellite, Camp Sarika, reflect dual aspects of this ancient desert landscape. The Role

As an Overnight Steward, you will play a vital behind-the-scenes role in maintaining a clean, organized, and fully operational kitchen. You will support overnight guest needs, assist with light food preparation, and ensure that all spaces are ready for the next day’s service.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, dishware, and workspaces

Requirements

• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including standing, lifting, and bending
• Basic culinary knowledge is an asset
